Guidelines & Costs

While in St. Petersburg all students will live in a youth hostel; on the Reserve - in summer cabins with limited creature comforts (i.e. outhouses, water from stream or lake, etc.). Necessary to bring mosquito nets to protect face and head.

All participants will be expected to submit short written reports summarizing their work in the Program.

All living, internal transport and food costs in Russia will be provided by AASEI. Students are expected to pay their own airfare or seek travel grant support through their colleges or universities.

AASEI and Adonis are responsible for costs associated with the program only during program dates. Adonis must confirm all personal plans that fall outside of the program dates. In such cases those students must discuss any exigent plans with Adonis and provide for their own expenses.
