Janice P. Nimura

Janice P. Nimura is the author of The Doctors Blackwell, finalist for the 2022 Pulitzer Prize in biography, and Daughters of the Samurai, a 2015 New York Times Notable Book. An archival treasure-seeker, especially of overlooked women's history, she is currently researching Rachel Carson and the women who came before her as a member of this year’s College of the Environment Think Tank.
