Reda Moursli

Professor Moursli’s research is primarily in the fields of empirical corporate finance and corporate governance. His focus is on the effects of changes in governance policies and board structure on firm outcomes. He also explores how social networks among board members can influence their reputation in the market for directorships, and their supply of effort in corporations. Finally, he studies how social ties among directors can effect transactions that involve a change in corporate control.
