University Policies Hazing
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
HAZING
The practice of hazing is illegal in Connecticut. Consistent with state law
and national fraternal policies, hazing is recognized as potentially dangerous
and is prohibited at Wesleyan University. The term hazing shall mean any conduct
or method of initiation into any student organization, whether on public or
private property, which willfully or recklessly endangers the physical or mental
health of any student or other person.
