Join us for WesFest!
April 17–19, 2013
WesFest, an annual campus event, is a three day celebration of all things Wesleyan. We invite all admitted students and their families to visit Wesleyan during this time to experience University life first-hand and explore the diverse opportunities that a Wesleyan education has to offer. Stay for a day, an afternoon ... stay as long as you can!
A few of the events that occur during WesFest are planned by the staff of the Office of Admission and WesFest interns. However, many of the activities during WesFest are organized by the larger campus community.
Here is a peek at some of the events on our schedule for WesFest 2013:
- Tours of campus, the Freeman Athletic Center, Exley Science Center, and the Center for the Arts
- The All-Campus Barbeque where student bands perform live, and prefrosh visit student groups at the Student Activities Fair
- Opportunities to attend regularly scheduled classes or special WesFest Open Houses hosted by Wesleyan faculty and staff
- "Homerathon," an all-day reading of Homer's "Odyssey"
- Alumni Speakers:
