Application Requirements and Deadlines

As soon as you have decided to apply, complete the Wesleyan Common Application Supplement on the web.  This will enable the processing office to open a file for you.  You may take more time to complete the Common Application, submitting it and paying your application fee.

Recommended Preparation


The Admission Committee encourages students to take a most challenging program of courses, and recommends that it include at a minimum:

  • 4 years each of English and History/Social Science
  • A single Foreign Language through the fourth year
  • 3 laboratory sciences including Biology, Chemistry and Physics
  • Math through Calculus
