Wesleyan Application Checklist (WesCheck) 

If you have filed an application to Wesleyan you may return to this link to check on the status of your submitted application materials (only required materials are tracked online; optional items are not). The form is updated nightly so you may track your application materials over time. When you return, remember to have your Wesleyan ID number (WesID) handy to log into the form.

Please refrain from calling our office to check the status of your application; the latest information is posted online. We ask that you send us the missing document(s) and then allow us 10 days to process the received items.

Materials filed electronically will be updated in the system within 48 business hours of receipt.
