Sample Evaluation Form

Since the application emphasizes tangible criteria such as course level, GPA, class rank, SAT scores, and extracurricular involvements, the interview is designed to give us insight into the more intangible characteristics of an applicant.  Please focus any written comments on those elements of the applicant that you feel may not come through as clearly in an application. When crafting your evaluation, the following qualities should be considered and incorporated:
Intellectual Curiosity
Ability to Express Ideas
Contribution to Community
Leadership
Self-confidence
Motivation
Independence, Initiative
Potential for Growth
Creative, Original Thought

We suggest that you write your comments in a word processor (i.e. Microsoft Word) first and then cut and paste the text into the space below, as you will be logged out of this system after 10 minutes of inactivity.
