Center for Community Partnerships

[Front detail of The Allbritton Center]

On the third floor of Allbritton resides the Center for Community Partnerships. The idea behind the Center for Community Partnerships (CCP) is simple: we've centralized the different offices which work on university-community initiatives in one place so it's easier for everyone to access our resources. Combining the assets of the Service-Learning Center, the Office of Community Service and Volunteerism, the Office of Community Relations and the Green Street Arts Center, the CCP seeks to serve the development of both the individual and the community, guided by principles of mutual respect and shared responsibility.

As part of CCP and in conjunction with the Patricelli Center for Social Entrepreneurship, we have launched "engage.," the social media project for civic engagement at Wesleyan. You can be a part of engage. by liking our Facebook pages for OCS and the Patricelli Center, following us on Twitter, or checking out our tumblr. and blog. We hope that by increasing our social media presence, students will be better exposed to the variety of resources CCP and PCSE offers to facilitate civic engagement on campus.

This information and more on CCP and OCS can also be accessed on our website.
