New GOLD challenge for the month of May - participate today!

Throughout the month of April, GOLD alumni contributed $28,189 with 273 gifts, successfully meeting the goal of the challenge set forth by Strauss Zelnick '79.

The challenge terms were as follows: If young alumni raised $25,000 for financial aid by April 30th - providing scholarship aid for one student for one year - Strauss Zelnick '79 would contribute an additional $250,000, so that many students would benefit from your support.

If you've already made a gift this year, thank you so much! Please help encourage all of your friends to do so as well.

For those who haven't had a chance to give, we'd like to let you know that Strauss Zelnick '79 was so pleased with the outcome of last month's challenge that he has issued another challenge for May! GOLD participation is currently at 32%. If the GOLD classes can reach 40% by May 31st, Strauss will generously contribute an additional $150,000 - over and above the $250,000 he has already committed - towards financial aid.

Every gifts counts! Please give a contribution of any size, large or small at give.wesleyan.edu or call (860) 685-2110. Thank you!
