What does GOLD mean?

The day you leave Wesleyan, you join a network of nearly 8,000 young alumni known as the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD). From graduation until your 10th Reunion, the GOLD group connects Wesleyan alumni through regional and career networking events, faculty seminars, receptions, and communications. Your Wesleyan alumni years are just beginning.

What’s going on in my area?

Wesleyan people are everywhere and there are probably more of them nearby than you think. Check out what is happening in your area, and then grab a friend and actually GO to an event. If there are no activities scheduled in your area, don't hesitate to contact your regional representative and get things started.

Where can I get more info about my Reunion?

While the classes of 2005 and 2000 will be celebrating their 5th and 10th Reunions, all alumni are welcome every year. Campus is never closed! Check out the Reunion website for more information. This year it’s May 20–23, 2010.

When is Homecoming?

Homecoming/Family Weekend will be taking place November 6–8, 2009. For the most up-to-date information about the activities of the weekend, check out the Homecoming/Family Weekend website.

How can I let other alums know what I’m doing?

Visit the various Regional Club pages found on the Wesleyan University Facebook fan page to advertise local events, businesses, publications, properties and notices. Sign up for WesNet to post a message. Or send us a message for possible inclusion on 06459.

Where can I update my info?

Maintaining your contact information ensures that you will receive the Wesleyan magazine, local event notifications, and news about on-campus events like Homecoming/Family Weekend and Reunion & Commencement. You can submit your current information in WesNet as well as find out useful things like how to request an official transcript or search the Alumni Directory.
