Sign Up for WesNet

WesNet is a core toolkit for connecting with the alumni community, accessing services and managing your Wesleyan identity. Main features include the Alumni Directory, access points for the CRC, and e-mail account management.

General Instructions

Note: You need your WesID to do this.

1. Start at the WesNet sign up form
2. Read and accept the privacy policy
3. Fill out the form
4. Most users should click I don’t know my username and password (e-mail users who have not signed up for WesNet are the most common exception)
5. Check your alternate e-mail account for an e-mail (check your Spam folder if you don’t see the message within 10 minutes)
6. Use the password and instructions in the message to log in to WesNet
7. Change your temporary password by navigating to Resources → Password Manager

• Upgrade your e-mail, Resources → Cyrus Migration
• Update your profile, Directories → My Alumni Directory Profile
• Set your challenge questions, Resources → Password Manager (Cyrus only)
• Seach the Directory, Directories → Alumni Directory

Common Problems

• You already signed up; FAQ: Passwords…
• You’re using the wrong WesID; FAQ: WesID…
• Different last name at graduation
• E-mail addresses do not match
• Gremlins…
