Other Information Technology Services

All alumni have access to computer repair services and may also obtain access to log on to all on-campus computers during a visit. General information is available at the ITS web site, or you can browse the ITS Store for computing products and services.

Wesleyan Magazine

The alumni magazine, Wesleyan, is published quarterly and mailed free of charge to alumni and parents and available online at the Wesleyan magazine web site. If you wish to be placed on the mailing list, please e-mail the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations or call 860/685-3836.

Career Counseling

The Career Resource Center offers career counseling to all B.A. alumni. Connect with a CRC counselor regarding a job search, graduate/professional school admissions, and career changes. More information is available at the CRC alumni page or by calling the CRC at 860/685-2180.

Facilities Rentals

Wesleyan University has a variety of spaces available for rental by individuals and groups. Alumni receive a 20 percent discount on all facilities rentals, accomodating events for anywhere from a few to a few hundred participants. For more information, visit the Facilities web site or call the University Coordinator's Office at 860/685-2280.

Libraries

Alumni may apply for a library card at no charge to borrow materials from our system. Cards may be obtained at the Olin Library Circulation Office during normal business hours. Some library resources are not accessible by alumni. Visit the Library web site or call 860/685-2660 for more information, or check the Library hours.

Athletic Facilities

Alumni may apply for an annual membership to use the Freeman Athletic Center located at 161 Cross Street. To apply for a membership, call 860/685-2893 or visit in person. Facility hours are available online or in the main lobby of the center.

Wesleyan Athletics

Come cheer on the Cardinals as they play Williams, Amherst, and other schools in the northeast! We welcome alumni at all athletic contests, at home or on the road. Schedules are available online at Wesleyan Athletics or by calling 860/685-2690.

Transcripts and Diplomas

Copies of transcripts are available for a nominal fee through the Registrar’s Office. Transcript request forms are available at the office located on the first floor of North College, by calling 860/685-2810, or online at the Registrar’s Office. A copy of your diploma may be obtained by calling the Registrar's Office at 860/685-2747 or sending them an e-mail.

Wesleyan Logo Items

Broad Street Books, the Wesleyan Bookstore and Café (formerly called Atticus), is located at 45 Broad Street. The bookstore sells a wide variety of Wesleyan clothing and gifts in the store and online at the bookstore's web site. The Red and Black Café is located inside the bookstore. Wesleyan car/window decals are available free of charge by e-mailing the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations.

Campus Events and the Center for the Arts (CFA)

For alumni who can get to campus regularly or for periodic visits, there are many cultural and educational events of which to take advantage. Regional Clubs and Councils, Travel Programs, WESeminars, and More

The Wesleyan Office of Alumni and Parent Relations works with a strong network of volunteers to organize a myriad of events around the country and the world, and to foster networking and connections among our constituents. Graduate Liberal Studies Program (GLSP)

GLSP offers approximately 90 courses per year during three terms (summer, fall, and spring). Students generally study part-time (one or two classes per semester) and obtain their M.A.L.S. in two to four years. Others simply take classes periodically for general enrichment and personal development. For more information, log on to the GLSP web site.

The Inn at Middletown
