Your vote makes Wesleyan a great University
From the Nominating Committee
Each year, Wesleyan’s alumni have the opportunity to elect three trustees to the University’s Board of Trustees to serve a three–year term. Nearly one third of Wesleyan’s board is elected directly by alumni, giving alumni the privilege of helping guide the direction of the University.
Three new trustees were selected in the 2008 elections: Paul S. Mason ’77, Joseph Haddad Jr. ’78, and Sid Espinosa ’94. They are individuals of accomplishment who represent a range of expertise, backgrounds, and ages. They share a strong commitment to Wesleyan and to making our University ever stronger and better.
Electing new trustees prompts gratitude for the service of those alumni-elected trustees whose terms expire in July 2008. They are Leo Y. Au ’71, Michael A. Donnella ’76, and Matthew M. Greenfield ’90. Remaining alumni-elected trustees are Andrea Barthwell ’76, Karl Furstenberg ’67, Joshua Gilbert ’95, Stephanie Ivy ’92, Michael K. Klingher ’78, and Thomas Wu ’72.
