Wesleyan faculty-directed summer fieldwork opportunites for undergraduates are available at  Soissons, France (Excavation of a Medieval Monastery); Ashkelon, Israel (Excavation of a Philistine and Classical City; or contact Professor Birney); and Illinois (Prehistoric Native American), including the UNM Field School in connection with the Center for American Archaeology in Kampsville.
