Bernstein backers seize Bennet’s office Hunger strike ends; students, Administration debate Bernstein’s future

After a week long hunger strike and a 12 hour siege of Bennet’s South College Office, Bennet and administrators agreed to discuss Professor Howard Bernstein’s future with the student protesters at a meeting Thursday afternoon. However, neither administrators nor students were able to come to an agreement on Bernstein’s fate.

I know at the end of my freshman year, it is still early for me to be thinking along these lines, but I have heard it said that one should start exploring one’s options early on. There’s more to kendo than smacking your opponent with your shinai, a long sword made of four bounded lengths of bamboo.
