Student body tax fails to pass

Hoping to increase funding to student groups and wean them off of a "starvation diet" of spending, the Wesleyan Student Assembly (WSA) proposed a ten dollar increase per semester
in the student body tax. However, in a referendum held right before winter recess, the tax increase did not pass.
