Wesleyan Adult Fitness will be offering an Intermediate/Advanced Free Weight Strength Training class on:
Thursdays from 12:00-12:50 pm from March 29-May 3, 2012.
Class will provide proper form and alignment to get the most from free weights and dumb bell exercises. Workouts will be geared for individual results in a group setting. Come prepared to learn a new way to add strength and endurance to your everyday exercises. Knowledge of muscle groups pertaining to exercise is necessary.
Space is limited to 13 participants. To sign up for the class you must register in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email identify that you are registering for the Intermediate/Advanced Free Weight Strength Training class.
