hear the latest on these nutritional "superstars" - and learn how to reap

**Hands on Training**
We will practice a restorative sequence of asanas (poses) in a slow, restful
way. These poses open the body while giving the nervous system a chance to
rest. They allow you to recharge energetically without using energy. Aside
from countering stress, these postures help build energy reserves for
whenever you need to rejuvenate. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring
a bolster or rolled blanket for support.
