THAI YOGA (Partner Stretching) with
"THE POWER OF TOUCH" MASSAGE

- Massage is a manual soft tissue manipulation and includes
holding, causing movement and/or applying pressure to the body.
- Therapy is a series of actions aimed at achieving or increasing
health and wellness.
- Manual means by use of hand or body.
- Thai massage/yoga is received fully dressed on the mat on the
floor. It incorporates supine (face up), prone (face down) and sitting
techniques.
- Thai massage consists of a series of stretches, postures , palm,
finger and foot pressure. Supported assisted stretching and release
actions are used. This type of massage/yoga is typically deeper work
that focuses on maximizing your bodies potential.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and bring sticky mat or
blanket.
