Class Descriptions

Yoga (Mixed Level)
An introduction to basic yoga postures and breath awareness, with a focus on proper alignment of the body. Suitable for beginners. Please bring a sticky mat.
 

Progressive Yoga
This multi-level class BUILDS on the basic yoga postures (asanas) and links them together with breath awareness to create a dynamic and challenging flow. Students will enjoy the benefits of increased muscular strength, as well as flexibilty and balance. You will leave the class feeling both energized and peaceful. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, strap and blocks.

Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will tone and shape your body. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba! Just a fun way to have a great workout, come join us. 

Rowbics
Indoor rowing on high end rowing machines designed for people of all fitness levels. Based on fundamental rowing techniques set to heart pumping music, Rowbics incorporates aerobic and anaerobic work and strength-training exercises to develop the four major areas: legs, upper body, core and cardiovascualr system.

Yoga Fitness
An introduction to intermediate and advanced yoga postures and breath awareness, with a focus on proper alignment of the body. Suitable for both intermediate and experienced students. Please bring a sticky mat.

Cross Training 101
Strength, cardio or any combination for a fun and effective workout. We'll do a variety of cardio drills and resistance training exercises designed to challenge and improve cardio and muscular strength while maintaining a strong core. All levels welcome. Please bring hand weights, mat and water bottle. Let's get strong together!
