Heather Minetti - Wesleyan Adult Fitness Coordinator
Heather is a 1976 graduate of the University of Colorado. She earned her Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, as well as another Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut. Heather serves as the Coordinator of the Wesleyan Adult Fitness Program and the Wesleyan Wellness Series.

Sue Schade - Cross Training, Yoga with Weights, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Gentle Yoga/Stretch, Tabata Yoga Workout, Yoga with the Foam Roller, Yoga Circuit, Tabata Yoga Plyometrics
Sue has Yogafit certification in levels I and II. She currently teaches physical education and other fitness classes at Choate Rosemary Hall, Durham Park and Recreation Department, Wallingford Parks and Recreation Department and Unique Fitness Center for Women. Sue has over 15 years of experience teaching fitness class.
Robin Reynolds -Rowbics, Kickboxing and Body Weight Exercises for Cardio and Strength, 15/15/15
Robin has an AFFA personal training certification, spinning certification-Star Level Two, NASM-advanced training certification and certified Apex fitness training. She is a personal trainer and she currently teaches a number of fitness classes at the Middletown YMCA. She has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Tom Cushing - Tai Chi
Tom Cushing has been training in the martial arts for over 16 years and in Tai Chi for over 13 years. He is also certified in a Fall Prevention program endorsed by the CT Collaboration for Fall Prevention, Yale University and the Cener for Disease Control. He also holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Filipino Art of Modern Arnis and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate.
Francesca Mancinone - Vinyasa Yoga
Francesca completed her 200RYT Teacher Training Certification with Barbara Rudzansky at WHY Studios in West Hartford, CT in 2015. Francesca currently teaches at Hartford Sweat and Glastonbury Barre and Yoga. Her teachings range from a gentle flow, an all levels practice, Vinyasa flow to a core oriented practice called Power Yoga.
