ENTRY FEE: $7 (for all competitors - Unlimited event entries for individual events)
Relays - are limited to 4 teams (A,B,C,D)

Long Jump [1 measured attempt, then only measurements past w-13' / m-17']

High Jump [starting height at w-4' / m-5' going up 2" at a time]

Pole Vault [starting height at w-8' /m-9'6" going up 2" at a time]

Shot Put [1 measured attempt then only measurements past w-24' / m-35']

These meets are open to competitors of all ages and abilities.

Instructions for Teams and Individual Competitors

1.
All individuals and teams must be registered in advance-all entries must be in by 9:00 pm the day before the meet
THERE WILL BE NO INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE MEET

Individual Competitors
All individuals must complete a waiver form and bring the completed form and payment to the meet.
Entry fee is $7 per competitor

Teams
All teams must complete a team waiver form and a roster form
Coaches: Please complete both the team waiver form and the roster form and bring the completed forms and payment to the meet. Entry fee is $7 for each participant. Completed forms and payment will be collected at the time of registration. Assignment of numbers will be done at this time. Please make copies if you need additional sheets.

At the door pay the entrance fees (cash or check) and receive your race number(s). The fee is $7 for each participant.
The doors to Bacon Field House will open on half hour before the meet.
