Peter Taylor '12 Has Standout Effort in Little Three Matches Despite Team Losses to Both Amherst & Williams, Then Ties for 4th in WNE Invite, 2nd at Williams

Top golfer Pete Taylor '12 (photo) easily defeated both his rivals during the annual Little Three golf championship, this year hosted by Wesleyan at Lyman Orchards Golf Course Wed., April 18 during individual match play. Taylor downed both the Lord Jeff and Eph opponent by the identical 7 & 5 count to account for two of the Cardinals four team points during the outing. Taylor also teamed with Tom Salah '12 to pick up half a point as they halved their two-man alternating shot activity vs. Amherst. Salah picked up another half point by halving his individual match vs. Amherst while Brad Improta '14 accounted for the Cardinals' final team point, defeating his Williams opponent at #5 by a 2-up score.
