Twice rallying to tie Bowdoin with Nick Whipple '10 (#23, photo insert upper left) putting home a goal in the 70th minute to knot the game at 2-2, the Cardinals went on to defeat the Polar Bears in Brunswick, Me., Sat., Oct. 27 on Jory Kahan's '10 (#7, main photo) header six minutes into overtime. With the win, Wesleyan's 10th straight this season extending its team record, the Cardinals secured the fourth seed and a first-round home game in the NESCAC tournament against Bowdoin Sun., Oct. 28.
