All meets are held in the Bacon Field House at the Freeman Athletic Center,
161 Cross Street, Middletown, CT
(200-meter Versaturf Indoor Track)

High School (grades 9-12) and Open

ENTRY FEE: $12.00
(for all competitors - Unlimited event entries for individual events)

Sprint medley relay
[200, 200, 400, 800]
Relays are limited to 5 teams (A,B,C,D,E)

Long Jump
[1 measured attempt, then only measurements past w-13' / m-17']
Girls: 5:00-7:00 pm
Boys: 7:30-9:30 pm

High Jump
[starting height at w-4'/m-4'6'' going up 2" at a time]
Boys: 5:00-7:00 pm
Girls: 7:30-9:30 pm
(1 pit)

Shot Put
[1 measured attempt then only measurements past w-22' / m-32']
(2 circles)

Pole Vault Jamboree
Open practice. Vaulter must be accompanied by coach at practice
Girls: 5:00-7:00 pm
Boys: 7:30-9:30 pm

These meets are open to competitors of all ages and abilities.

1.
All individuals and teams must be registered in advance-all entries must be in by 9:00 pm the day before the meet
THERE WILL BE NO INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE MEET
NO WALK-INs AT THE DOOR

Individual Competitors
All individuals must complete a waiver form and bring the completed form and payment to the meet.
Entry fee is $12 per competitor

Teams
All teams must complete a team waiver/roster form
Coaches: Please complete the team waiver/roster form and bring the completed form and payment to the meet.
Entry fee is $12 for each participant.
Completed forms and payment will be collected at the time of registration.
Assignment of numbers will be done at this time.
Please make copies if you need additional sheets.

At the door pay the entrance fees (cash or school check/money order only - NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED)
and receive your race number(s). The fee is $12 for each participant.
The doors to Bacon Field House will open one half hour before the meet.
(REMEMBER -- NO PERSONAL CHECKS, ONLY CASH OR SCHOOL CHECK OR SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER)

All buses must park in the Vine Street lot.
There will be no bus parking allowed in parking lots R and Q located
behind the athletic center and across the street from the athletic center.
