Mary Foster '14 (photo), playing #1, downed both of her Little Three rivals to be able to claim an unofficial Little Three title during the gathering of the three squads at Amherst Sun., Jan. 26. Foster was a 3-0 victor against Amherst and a 3-1 winner vs. Williams during her top-rung matches. As a team, Wesleyan came out on the short end of the scoreboard, falling to Amherst, 7-2, and Williams, 8-1. Joining Foster with a triumph over a Lord Jeff was #3 Annie Maxwell, also a 3-0 winner.
