SIX MEMBERS OF WESLEYAN FIELD HOCKEY TEAM NAMED NFHCA ALL-ACADEMIC

The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced its Division III National Academic Squad and six members of the Wesleyan University field hockey team were among the many honored across the country.

Named to the squad from Wesleyan were Sonya Behnke '03, Jenna Flateman '04, Anna Lewis '04, Kristin Milone '02, Martina McPherson '04 and Julie Perlin '04. To be eligible for the citation, a player must have an overal GPA (through the fall, 2001 semester) of 3.30 or above and be either a starter or key reserve for her team.
