VICKY GRAHAM RECEIVES
ATHLETIC TRAINER OF THE YEAR AWARD FROM CATA
(Assistant Athletic Trainer at Wesleyan Honored by
Connecticut Athletic Trainers Association)
At the Connecticut Athletic
Trainers Association annual meeting held at Central Connecticut State
University Friday, April 27, 2007, Wesleyan University assistant athletic
trainer Vicky Graham was honored as the Connecticut Athletic Trainer of the
Year for outstanding service to the association.
Graham is in her first year as a full-time employee at
Wesleyan University. She earned her B.S. degree at Bowling Green State
University and her M.S. degree at the University of Tennessee. She has
experience working with college, high school and elite and Olympic level
athletes and has worked in a variety of practice settings. Graham is presently
involved with the Connecticut Athletic Trainers Association as a member of the
Governmental Affairs Committee and as Editor of the CATA newsletter. She is a
Connecticut representative to the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA)
District 1 Women in Athletic Training Committee and a member of the NATA
Athletic Training Service Award subcommittee.
