Safeware

CardinalTech is proud to offer the Safeware extended warranty! This warranty covers incidents otherwise not covered by the one year manufacturers warranty, AppleCare, or other computer warranties. Accidents such as spills, drops, cracked screens, and more are all covered with Safeware, while still maintaining coverage for manufacturer’s defects, so there is no need to purchase AppleCare.

We offer 4 year coverage for ALL computers (Mac or PC) as well as 2 year coverage for iPads! There is also an option when registering warranty to add on theft coverage as well, making Safeware the most comprehensive computer protection available today. Warranty is available only for computers and iPads purchased through CardinalTech. Warranty can be registered at any time after purchase. For the fastest service in the event of an accident however, it is recommended that the warranty be registered immediately after purchase.

How does it work?

If your device has a covered event, simply bring it into CardinalTech. We will facilitate a replacement. Your plan will then be fulfilled, and you can purchase another Safeware Protection Plan! No deductibles or hidden fees for you!

How does it work?

For iPads:

If your iPad has a covered event, call Safeware directly at 800-800-6132 or come in to CardinalTech where we will contact Safeware for you. Your iPad replacement will arrive next business day. When replaced by Safeware, this plan provides up to two iPad replacements with zero deductibles for covered events

For Computers:

If your computer has a covered event while on campus, bring it to the Cardinal Service Center. Your computer will be assesed and any repairs or replacement needed will be handled by our certified technicians. If away from campus, call Safeware directly at 800-800-6132. Safeware will organize the repairs for your unit. A certified servicer will perform the repairs and get your device back to you as soon as possible. If the unit needs to be replaced, you will receive a replacement and your plan will be fulfilled. No deductibles or hidden fees for you!
