Connect@Wes is the Career Center's annual networking “practice” event for Wesleyan students to help them build their confidence to successfully navigate professional networking and interviewing situations. The event will be set up in a speed networking format with students rotating through short sessions with a number of different Expert Advisors to perfect their version of the question, "Tell me about yourself”.
As an Employer you can volunteer to participate in this event as an "Expert Advisor." We ask our employer partners to use their professional experiences and expertise to listen to and provide feedback on Wesleyan students' personal pitches and presentation skills. This format offers Employers to meet and connect with a number of talented Wesleyan students in a short period of time outside of a traditional recruiting format. We sincerely hope you will consider participating.
Connect@Wes: Creating Connections will be held on-campus on April 1, 2016. To volunteer to be an Expert Advisor please register here by February 26, 2016 or contact Anne Holstead Santaniello in the Career Center at 860-685-3978 or by emailing email@example.com.
