Law School Fairs & Visits to Wesleyan

Every year, outstanding law schools visit Middletown to meet Wesleyan students.  Students can talk to law school admissions representatives from top schools around the country.  This is an excellent opportunity to explore the law school experience, to research and compare individual schools and their admissions requirements, to gain insight into what underlies admissions committee acceptance decisions, and to gather information about law school programs that fit your interests.  See the Upcoming Events list on the Law School section of this Web site for scheduled visits for fall, 2011.

Every other year, the Career Center sponsors the Wesleyan Law School Fair, bringing to campus law schools of interest to Wesleyan students.  Our last Fair, in fall, 2009, hosted 36 law schools in Beckham Hall with 117 Wes students attending.  Due to unique programming priorities for 2011-2011, a fair will not be held in fall, 2011.

The following law schools attended the fall, 2009 Fair.  In addition, UChicago, Cornell, Duke, Michigan, NYU, UPenn, Stanford, Yale and several other schools visited campus on separate dates.
