Katrina Adams, '07, BA/MA, HA, hails from Roosevelt, NY. Her interests include, Japanese language and culture, raising Beta fish, and listening to music.  Katrina will spend a fifth year on campus to get her Master's degree in chemistry.  After, she may apply to Teach for America or go on for a Ph.D.  She plans to go into research in physical organic chemistry.

Colleen Carpenter, '10, is a rising sophomore, hails from Port Antionio Jamaica where she attended Titchfield High.  Colleen's planned major is Chemistry and she intends to attain a PhD in Biochemistry.  Her other interests include dance, poetry, and Student Rights Advocacy.

Shuk Kei Cheng, '09, is a rising junior from DeWitt Clinton High School in Bronx, NY. Outside of Wesleyan her interests are breakdancing, photography, music and food. Shuk Kei's majors are Chemistry and Neuroscience & Behavior, and she plans to either seek employment or continue on to Graduate School after graduation from Wesleyan.

Rachelle Copeland, '0, HF, grew up in Kingston Jamaica, where she attended St. Hugh's High School. She enjoys dancing and is a member of the board of the West Indian Students' Association (WISA). After Wesleyan, she hopes to attend graduate school with the aim of eventually working in the field of drug development and availability in the Caribbean.

Sayantan Das, (Visitor), HA, is an Electrical Engineering Major ('09) at the University of Technology, in Kolkata, India. Along with his degree in Electrical Engineering, where the field of digital electronics fascinates him, he plans to obtain a master's degree in computer programming. His dream is to mold his knowledge of both into one. In his spare time, Sayantan dreams, creates and lives in music of all kinds and all countries.

Siong Kong, '08, BA/MA, HA, comes from Penang, Malaysia where he attended St. Andrew Junior College (Singapore).  His majors are MB&B and Computer Science.  Siong's other interests include hiking, cycling, exploring, languages, history, politics, and religion.  He plans to complete the BA/MA Fifth Year Program, and then apply to Ph.D. programs.

Drew Marvin-Smith, '08, HA, is a rising senior and he has been working with Prof. Bolton since his sophomore year.  Drew is from Madison, CT and he attended Choate Rosemary Hall before coming to Wesleyan.  He is a varsity member of the Wesleyan Wrestling Team.  In addition to the sciences, he enjoys writing, exercising, and sailing.  After Wesleyan, he plans to attend graduate school.

Rhonda-Gaye McPherson, '08, a rising senior, attended St. Andrew High School for Girls in Kingston, Jamaica. She is majoring in Chemistry and Economics.  Her outside interests are in roller coasters, skating, and hiking. After Wesleyan, she'll be heading for graduate school for further Chemistry studies.

Yusuke Minami, '09, is a rising junior from Nara, Japan. He attended Waseda University, Tokyo, and transferred to Wesleyan.  He is majoring in Chemistry with a particular interest in structures of organic compounds. Yusuke performs Poi (juggling originally practiced by the Maori people of New Zealand) and Prometheus (fire dancing group), and he likes learning languages.  He plans to go on to a degree in Organic Chemistry after Wesleyan.
