Becky is a chemistry major and a junior at Wesleyan. She grew up in Cambridge, England and Concord, Massachusetts where she attended Concord-Carlisle High School. As a member of the Taylor lab, Becky was working on the characterization of new glycosyltransferases, which she began in the fall of 2008. After graduating Becky is headed to Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi to work with Professor B. Jayaram. In addition to chemistry, she enjoys writing, painting, and playing the piano. Eventually, she hopes to attend medical school and work on global health issues.
