
Sam (Class of 2010) is a Chemistry and MB&B double major hailing from Madison, Connecticut. He began work in the Taylor lab in May 2008 as a Hughes Fellow working on the organic synthesis of glycosyltransferase inhibitors. Sam is currently pursuing a computational chemistry MA project with David Beveridge. After leaving Wesleyan he plans on attending to graduate school, joining the peace core, and ultimately sees himself doing research in the alternative energy field. While out of lab he enjoys sailing, rock climbing, and exploring the art world.
