How do I adjust the lighting?

  • On your right as you enter the room is an ON/OFF light switch and dimming control for the main over head lights.

How do I use the Video Data Projector?

  1. Point the projector's remote control at the projector and press the 'On' button.  As the projector warms up (about 45 seconds), you will see a blue glow from the lens of the projector, located on the ceiling.
  2. When you are finished with the projector, please turn the data projector “OFF” using the remote control by firmly pressing the 'OFF' button for 3 seconds.  A  message will appear at the bottom of the screen, 'Please wait a little'.  The projector will shut down automatically.
  3. Allow the projector to cool down for two or three minutes.

How do I lower or raise the projection screen?

  • Gently manually lower the screen located at the front of the room all the way down.  Be careful when bringing it back up. You will find a wooden handled pole with a hook near the screen. Place the hook in the screen handle to raise and lower.
