ACADEMIC REGULATIONS

INCOMPLETES:
  1. Fall semester incompletes in COL courses must be made up by the first day of classes for the following semester.
  2. Spring semester incompletes in COL courses must be made up by the first day of classes for the following semester.
  3. . COL students may have no more than one incomplete per semester.
  4. COL students may not participate in foreign study programs before making up any outstanding incompletes.
EVALUATIONS:  Two weeks after classes end, tutors are expected to submit written evaluations for each COL student. Tutors should submit final reading lists if they differ from the original syllabus at the same time.

REGISTRATION: 
Two weeks after classes begin, all COL students must submit to the COL Secretary an updated final list of all classes in which they are registered.

WITHDRAWAL: 
In order to withdraw from any COL course, student must have a Drop/Add slip from the Registrar’s office signed by both the tutor and their faculty adviser. COL transcripts will show the symbol W for all courses from which a student has withdrawn. If students withdraw from a course, but still wish to audit it, they can arrange to have their transcripts record both the withdrawal and the audit.
