Fall Recruiting Consortium (FRC)

The Fall Recruiting Consortium Program is a day of interviews held at the American Management Association in New York in the fall. This program offers the opportunity for employers to interview a large number of candidates during the heart of your recruiting season from six selective private liberal arts schools:  Bowdoin College, Middlebury College, Sarah Lawrence College, Swarthmore College, Vassar College and Wesleyan University.  Participating employers pre-select students they wish to interview and schedules are arranged based on employer selections.

ECCD
Eastern College Career Days (ECCD-Boston and ECCD-New York)

The Eastern College Career Days Programs are interview days held in Boston in the fall and New York in the spring.  This program offers the opportunity for employers to interview a large number of candidates from nine selective private liberal arts schools:  Amherst College, Bowdoin College, Colgate University, Hamilton College, Middlebury College, St. Lawrence University, Skidmore College, Wesleyan University and Williams College. Participating employers pre-select students they wish to interview and schedules are arranged based on your selections.

The Capital Consortium (CAPCON)

The Capital Consortium provides a day of interviews held at the American Management Association near Washington, DC in early February.  This program offers the opportunity for employers to interview a large number of candidates from eight selective private liberal arts schools:  Colgate University, Connecticut College, Hamilton College, Middlebury College, Smith College, Trinity College, Tufts University and Wesleyan University. Participating employers pre-select students they wish to interview and schedules are arranged based on your selections.
