• American Indian Science and Engineering Society - a national, nonprofit organization which nurtures building of community by bridging science and technology with traditional Native values. Through its educational programs, AISES provides opportunities for American Indians and Native Alaskans to pursue studies in science, engineering, and technology arenas.
• The Association for the Advancement of Blacks in Health Sciences - a non-profit organization founded in 1993 by a group of health care professionals who were concerned about the under-representation of Blacks in the sciences and health care fields. The site includes information on a summer mentorship program and other features of the organization.
• Black Excel: The College Help Network - information about scholarships and fellowships, being a first-generation college student, alumni chapters, and more.
• The Black Collegian - the electronic version of the 29 year-old, national career opportunities magazine includes an abundance of career planning/job search information, commentary by leading African-American writers, lifestyle/ entertainment features, general information on college life, and news of what's happening on college campuses today.
• Brown University Career Listings - listing of web career resources for minorities compiled by Brown University organized by career field.
• The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management - a consortium that awards 200 full fellowships annually to students of color seeking advancement in the business field. This year the Consortium will offer 400 full fellowships to students who qualify for study at one of the member schools.
• East Asian Career Resources - aid undergraduate and graduate students in East Asian studies to search for jobs and careers in fields related to East Asia. This page provides links to major Internet job search sites, job listings in online newspapers, and jobs in higher education, business, government, libraries, museums, and not-for-profit organizations pertaining to East Asian business, language, or culture by subject specialty and/or special skills and training. • American Association of University Women - promotes education and equity for all women and girls, lifelong education, and positive societal change through funding, public policy efforts, diversity initiatives and programs.
• Association for Women in Computing - a non-profit professional organization for women and men who have an interest in information and technology. The Association is dedicated to the advancement of women in the technology fields.
• Black Career Woman - serves as a nucleus of support to identify and address the critical needs of black women in the workforce as it relates to their career mobility and achievement.
• Career and Job Resources for Women and Minorities - this site, an amazing resource for women job hunters, has links and information to a great number of organizations relevant to female job seekers.

Poorly laid out with little content to guide you, the site does require some personal initiative for nagivation and hunting. Nonetheless, the information is exhaustive.
• Feminist Majority Foundation Internships - develops creative long-term strategies and permanent solutions for the pervasive social, political, and economic obstacles facing women. Provides internship opportunities in feminism and public policy.
• Herspace.com - a site celebrating the creative woman, with how-tos, creativity exercises, community, and features on women writers, artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs, and more.
• Jobs 4 Women: The Online Community for Professional Women - subscribe to job postings by email, post a resume, take a salary survey, and find other relevant information in this site.
• National Partnership for Women and Families - a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that uses public education and advocacy to promote fairness in the workplace, quality health care, and policies that help women and men meet the dual demands of work and family.

• Gaywork.com - organizational profiles, job search engines, and info on GLBT workplace issues.
• Human Rights Campaign - America's largest gay and lesbian organization. Provides a national voice on gay and lesbian issues as well as the latest on national political issues affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans.
• National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association - an organization of journalists, online media professionals, and students that works from within the journalism industry to foster fair and accurate coverage of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues.
• National Gay and Lesbian Task Force - provides information on events, publications, and policies at the national level and at the local level. There are possible employment and internship opportunities with the organization at their offices in Washington, New York, Cambridge and Los Angeles. Fellowships and work-study are also provided.

• AHEAD - an international, multicultural organization of professionals committed to full participation in higher education for persons with disabilities.
• Disability: Employment - the Disability Resource Directory has organized information on employment opportunities and information to address a variety of issues and concerns for individuals living with a disability.
• Community Options - provides the services and supports that empower people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, including providing the evaluations, support and follow-up required to assist individuals with pursuing employment taking into consideration the needs of individuals with disabilities. Free.
• Esmerel's Collection of Disability Resources - lists of many disability related resources. There are literally hundreds of well-organized links (at last count over 2000).
• HireDeaf.com - hearing-impaired job-seekers can search (by location, industry, and keywords) through hundreds of current job postings, store up to five different resumes, and register for a personal job-search agent.
• Job Accommodation Network - a free consulting service that provides information about job accommodations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the employability of people with disabilities.
• Mobility International USA - empowers people with disabilities around the world through international exchange and international development. Look for downloadable booklet: "Preparing for an International Career: Pathways for People with Disabilities".
• National Business and Disability Council - this resource, primarily targeted for employers but also useful for job seekers, has the benefit of national recognition. The site sets itself up as the leading resource for employers seeking to integrate people with disabilities into the workplace and companies seeking to reach them in the consumer marketplace.
• National Organization on Disability - expands the participation and contribution of America’s 54 million men, women and children with disabilities in all aspects of life, including economic participation, community participation and access to independence.
• Resources for Persons with Disabilities - sponsored by JobWeb, this small list of specialized links breaks down more information from various institutions (including other schools' career centers) focusing on programs. While many other sites point you towards similar information, this list of links is fairly rare.
• Disability.gov - Excellent site provided by the U.S. government. Information about your employment rights, gain access to job bank and resume-building sites, and learn about work incentives for Social Security recipients and job accommodations. Links are also included relating to working for the government, vocational rehabilitation, welfare-to-work, veterans employment.
• The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission - Public Vocational Rehabilitation - Assisting individuals with disabilities to go to work.
• Job Opportunities in the Federal Government for People with Disabilities - This page explains Federal policies toward hiring people with disabilities and workplace accommodation, and provides detailed instructions for people with disabilities who are interested in applying for a job in the Federal government.
• Disabled Businesspersons Association - A nonprofit organization. Services include: Personal Business Advisor; Business Plan and Financial Assistance Packaging; Market and Product Research Marketing; Advertising and Public Relations; Presentation and Proposal Documentation; and more.
