Our staff is knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help you through the application process. We encourage you to participate in our many on- and off-campus networking and interviewing events. Even if you are not hired through an on-campus interview, the experience in itself can be valuable. You are encouraged to schedule an appointment with one of our counselors to gain a better understanding of all your options. SENIORS: To be eligible to apply for internships and jobs through MyCRC you MUST: Attend a Senior Meeting. Hand in a signed copy of our Code of Conduct. Have your resume approved by a CRC counselor (check our Drop In hours)*. Attend an Interview Power! Networking/Interviewing/Dress for Success workshop (see the "Career Center Calendar" on MyCRC for dates/times and to RSVP). *If you had your resume approved last year, you must have it re-approved for senior year. This on-line recruiting system has been customized for Wesleyan and we refer to it as MyCRC. You will find this system to be very helpful and easy to use. You will be able to access company profiles, a recruiting calendar, interview dates and your own interview schedule. When using MyCRC you can upload and manage as many copies of your resume and cover letters as you choose.
