Braque

One of the museum's 20th-century European drawings is the Georges Braque self-portrait illustrated above. Works from the 1920s and 1930s include 7 drawings by James McBey (English 1883-1959) and 13 by Muirhead Bone (Scottish, 1876-1953); Two Nudes, a 1936 charcoal drawing by George Grosz (German 1893-1959); and a circa-1930s gouache by Béla Kádár (Hungarian 1877-1955) titled Mother and Child.
