    Enter the complete title of your work.

Date submitted

    Select your date of graduation.

Type

    Select what type of work you have created (Honors thesis, Master's thesis, GLSP thesis, or Ph.D. dissertation).

Language

    Choose English (U.S.) unless your work is written in a different language, which can be selected from the drop-down list. If your work is non-text based (i.e., artwork), choose N/A.

Subject keywords (OPTIONAL)

    Select one or more terms that describe the main subjects or topics of your work. If you want to add additional terms, click Add More.

Abstract (OPTIONAL)

    Enter a one paragraph summary of your work.

Other description as needed (OPTIONAL)

    Enter any other information necessary to describe your work.

Department

    Select the department in which you are submitting the work. To select more than one department, hold down the CNRL key while selecting the department.

Advisor

    Put the last name of the advisor in the first box, and the second name of the advisor in the second box. You can also add middle names and suffixes like "Jr." in the second box. If there is more than one advisor, click Add More.

Document file

    Browse to find your PDF file.

Verify your uploaded file

    Make sure that you have selected the correct version and format of your file.

    Make sure all the information you entered is correct.
