APPLYING TO THE COLLEGE OF EAST ASIAN STUDIES (CEAS)
Beginning with the current first-year class (the Class of 2017), students interested in a major in the area of East Asian studies must apply to the CEAS during the spring semester of their first year.
How to learn more about CEAS:
Incoming CEAS Chair Stephen Angle will be making presentations about CEAS at introductory Chinese, Japanese, and Korean language classes in the coming weeks.

The deadline is Monday, March 31, 2014
Accepted students will be notified no later than April 4, 2014, and will have major preference for all CEAS-crosslisted courses during preregistration for Fall, 2014.
We expect to welcome virtually all applicants into the College’s inaugural year, and look forward to your input in shaping the CEAS as it grows.
