| The Postal Bulletin (PB) is published by the Postal Service every other
week. It contains articles that change, amend, and set postal policy and
procedure, and is the vehicle for official changes in postal policies and
procedures. It also contains operational information used by the field
to process mail. Postal Bulletin articles are effective for 1 year unless
otherwise specified. Corporate Publishing and Information Management (CPIM),
a division of Information Systems, manages, edits, and publishes the PB.

can answer any questions you have about publishing information in the PB.
