The University Events and Scheduling Office, located in the Usdan University Center, schedules classrooms and the following event spaces:

(M-F after 4PM.  All day on weekends and during breaks.)

University departments and programs can contact the Events and Scheduling Office to determine time and date availability and discuss appropriateness of venues for the planned event. The Events and Scheduling Office can assist in avoiding scheduling conflicts and make recommendations regarding room set up. All support services for events, including technology and custodial requests, furniture rental and delivery are scheduled through the Events and Scheduling Office. This office also schedules summer programs and outside rental of facilities.
