Students interested in requesting a space for TA or review session, film screening, meeting or event can do so through the Web Room Request System (EMS) located in the Student Life at Wesleyan section of your electronic portfolio.
If the event requires services such as food, furniture or AV assistance the request must be made no later than five business days prior to the event.
For large events involving extensive services in spaces in the Memorial Chapel or Beckham Hall, requests must be made at least three weeks prior to the event in order to be approved.
Events taking place in the Center for the Arts (CFA) must be scheduled with the CFA Events Office 860-685-2076. Requests for space in the Freeman Athletic Center (FAC) must be made with the FAC Office 860-685-2895.
Events open to the public must be registered with the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development.
