The office of Foundation and Corporate Relations seeks grants from local and national foundations, corporations and private agencies in support of the needs of the University and its faculty. Foundation and Corporate Relations forms part of the Wesleyan University Relations department.

Attention Faculty: If you are planning to submit an application for an NEH Fellowship you must register as an individual with grants.gov. The registration may take three to five days so you want to be sure that you have plenty time for the registration to take effect before submitting your application.

New Awarded Grants:
Constance Leidy, Assistant Professor of Mathematics was awarded a three year, $120,310 grant from the National Science Foundation for her project titled Non-commutative Low Dimensional Topology.

Masami Imai, assistant professor of economics, assistant professor of East Asian Studies, received a research grant from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Center for Financial Research for a proposal titled "Real Effects of Finance: Evidence from a Natural Experiment in Japan" on April 30.

Wesleyan Hughes Program2008 - 2012 awarded $1.4 Million. Through a grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the Wesleyan Hughes Program supports undergraduate education in the Life Sciences.

David Pollack, Associate Professor of Mathematics was awarded a two year $29,888 grant from the National Security Agency for his research ?Arithmetic and Overconvergent Cohomology for GL_3.
