Qualifications/Description: The Helpdesk is a student run technology resource for Wesleyan. We provide software support for the Wesleyan community with particular focus on students and their technological needs. Qualifications: Customer support experience Willingness to learn General technological knowledge and skills We welcome experienced and non-experienced applicants. The Helpdesk staff will train new employees.
Department Hours: Mon-Thurs 10am-10pm Fri 10am-5pm Sun 7pm- 10pm Hours/Week: 6-10
Start Date: Mid-September Hourly Rate: $8.25 and up
