Qualifications/Description: Qualifications/Description: UR Communications is looking for a dedicated and meticulous student to answer alumni support requests over the phone and Internet. After a training period and a performance review, remote work will be possible. Job Responsibilities: Support Services * Answer Alumni HelpDesk phone * Verify identity and prioritize requests * Respond to alumni technical support requests via phone and e-mail * Work with Web Administrator to advise users on technical problems * Write and maintain Frequently Asked Questions * Edit Alumni Help Desk web site Core competencies: * Thorough problem-solver * Tactful and adept at email and phone communication * Quick to learn new technologies * Courteous and responsible Experience with customer support helpful. Casual business attire required. Must be in good academic standing. Must be able to commit to a schedule.
Department Hours: Monday-Friday 830AM-500PM Hours/Week: 5-7
Start Date: TBD Hourly Rate: $9.00 and up
