After a training period and a performance review, remote work will be possible.

* Work with Web Administrator to advise users on technical problems
* Write and maintain Frequently Asked Questions * Edit Alumni Help Desk web site

* Quick to learn new technologies

Experience with customer support helpful.
Casual business attire required.
