Assist at Front Desk by
answering the phone and perform general office duties.
Schedule appointments, interact with students, staff, parents,
alumni and recruiters; run inter-campus errands. Perform
project work assigned.
Must be dependable and
flexible, have good judgment, telephone, communication and
organizational skills; ability to prioritize and work in a busy
environment; team player, willingness to help out with special
projects; able to handle confidential materials.
Arrive on time daily;
knowledge Outlook program helpful. Attention to detail a
plus.
